Furnace Blower Motor Cleaning
Cleaning of one furnace blower motor to remove built-up dust and debris and help keep your system operating efficiently.
Complete Dryer Vent Cleaning
Cleaning begins at the dryer lint trap, continues through the dryer connection at the back of the dryer, and includes the entire dryer vent line to the exterior termination. Service also includes a full-line inspection to check for lint buildup, airflow restrictions, disconnected ductwork, or other visible concerns.

$499 — Homes up to 1,400 sq. ft.
$599 — Homes 1,500–2,400 sq. ft.
$699 — Homes 2,500–3,000 sq. ft.
$799 — Homes 3,100–3,400 sq. ft.
$899 — Homes 3,500–4,000 sq. ft.
Pricing Details
Package pricing includes one complete air duct cleaning, one furnace blower motor cleaning, and one dryer vent cleaning for one home.
Standard pricing includes a dryer located on the basement or ground level. Dryer vents serving a dryer located on the second or third floor are an additional $75 due to the additional access, equipment, and cleaning requirements.
